We are located in Seattle/Olympia, Washington. Local pickup can be arranged in SeaTac/Tacoma/Olympia area. We ship out of SeaTac International Airport using Delta Air Cargo (cost is $170.00 ) We ship on night flights arriving in most West Coast cities before 8 am and most East Coast cities by noon. Washington doesn’t quarantine or require special papers. Shipping into Hawaii does require special permits.
